Each guest receives a complimentary sweet bedside treat per night. The treat changes from time to time, so it may be a cookie, marshmallow, or something else from the guesthouse team.
This batch featured homemade vanilla marshmallows, finished with toasted desiccated coconut. Soft, light, and gently sweet, they pair beautifully with a cappuccino or a quiet moment before bed.
The marshmallows are made with sugar, golden syrup, water, gelatine, and desiccated coconut. They contain coconut and gelatine, so they may not suit all dietary requirements, including vegan, vegetarian, or halaal diets unless confirmed with the team.
